Lead, Learn, and Give Back as a SAY NSL Referee

Refereeing with SAY Northern Soccer League is more than a summer job — it’s a chance to support local youth, build confidence, and play a meaningful role in our community’s soccer experience. Whether you’re brand‑new to officiating or already have experience, we welcome you to join a team that values fairness, fun, and positive development for players and families.

Why Referee With Us
Referees are essential to creating a safe, fair, and enjoyable soccer environment. By stepping onto the field, you’re helping young athletes learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence — all while building your own skills in communication, leadership, and decision‑making.

This role is perfect for individuals who want to:

• Give back to the community in a meaningful way
• Gain job experience and build a strong work ethic
• Grow confidence and leadership abilities
• Stay active and engaged throughout the summer
• Support a positive youth sports culture
