If you want to send feedback or a concern, please complete the form above. All submissions will be discussed by the S.A.Y NSL Board. The board will investigate and come to an agreed upon solution as soon as possible. Please note all feedback is taken seriously and every measure will be taken to create the best experience for the players. You will be notified through your preferred contact method when the investigation is completed.
